TradePort Logistics Facility Completed

The new, expansive TradePort Logistics facility, which Berenyi’s lead architect Clay Wine proudly designed, was completed earlier this month. The 89,000-sqare-foot concrete, tilt-up building is connected to the Charleston Reginal Parkway via a newly built access way. Roughly 2,000 trucks of concrete were required to pave the 983,000 square-feet of parking areas surround the building. Congrats to the team at Frampton Construction for completing this job in just eight months!
