Charleston, SC, July 29, 2024 – Berenyi, one of the region’s leading industrial design-build firms, welcomes Paul Dicker, a Charleston resident with nearly 25 years of sales expertise, as its new Vice President of Business Development. Paul will spearhead the firm’s strategic growth initiatives as the region continues its significant industrial expansion.
A veteran in the mortgage banking industry, Dicker will lend his experience to the firm’s new business efforts, leveraging and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to expand the company’s market presence. In his role as Vice President, Dicker will represent Berenyi’s strategic interests within South Carolina’s economic development sector, political circles and community empowerment efforts.

Originally from New Jersey, Dicker moved to Charleston in 2018, seeking a significant lifestyle change. With a strong desire to immerse themselves in the community, he and his family aimed to contribute fully to a city rich in history and tradition. He now resides in downtown Charleston with his wife Page and daughter Charlotte, who is a rising senior at Ashley Hall. Embracing Southern culture, the family enjoys the city’s vibrant culinary scene and its many golf courses, where Dicker forges friendships and alliances as a fierce competitor, boasting a single digit handicap.
