Warehouse Expansion Begins

We are pleased to announce that the Berenyi team began the first phase of construction on the Neal Brothers’ warehouse expansion this week! As part of the first phase, we will be adding three new loading docks at the existing building before construction starts on the new 100,000 square-foot facility. From concrete tilt-up walls, to structural steel framing, the new facility will be equipped with ESFR sprinklers, energy-efficient LED lighting, and 60mil TPO membrane roofs.
