Jennifer Baez is a passionate and experienced leader with a diverse background in education, strategic leadership, and organizational change management. She has a wealth of experience in adult learning, construction project management, human resources, and leadership, which she brings to her role at Berenyi, Inc.
With a master’s in administration from Texas Woman’s University and a PhD in Leadership and Policy from the University of Texas, Jennifer uses her knowledge to help make smart, strategic decisions that ensure the company operates smoothly, efficiently, and in line with long-term goals. She works to develop policies that keep the company compliant while also staying adaptable to the ever-changing business world.
Jennifer is all about fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, motivating teams, and making sure everyone is aligned with the company’s mission. She’s great at managing change, keeping things stable during transitions, and using data to make improvements. Her innovative thinking helps keep the company competitive and productive in the long run.
Outside of work, Jennifer is dedicated to her community, serving as a board member of Charleston Leaders and as a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership and Civic Program. Her leadership and project management skills make her an essential part of Berenyi, Inc.’s mission to bring about transformative education and organizational excellence.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, ballroom dancing, and staying active. She also loves spending time outdoors in the Lowcountry’s beautiful weather, soaking in the plants and stunning landscapes that make the area so special.
