This project in the Bushy Park Industrial Complex was a Design-Build project started in September 2016 and will be finished in the 1st Quarter of 2019. Berenyi, Inc. provided structural engineering design services and served as the General Contractor.

Some highlights from the project include concrete precast pile foundations, hot-dipped galvanized structural steel frame, and a highly coordinated erection process to accommodate equipment delivery and installation. The building is also fully enclosed with insulated metal panels and has removable skylights for equipment removal or repair.

The project was completed in conjunction and coordination with a fully operating plant just outside the footprint.
