MUSC has opened its doors to the state-of-the-art Neurological Exercise & Training (NExT) Wellness Center, which provides a secure, inclusive space for those coping with conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s, or dementia. Berenyi proudly collaborated with MUSC on this project, exemplifying our commitment to helping client’s meet their expansion goals.

The project began in the fall of 2022 and ran through January 2023. Berenyi provided architectural, mechanical design, and construction services as part of the project that expands MUSC Health Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute’s reach within the community.

The 1600 SF rehabilitation/wellness center expansion, equipped with ADA accessible workout equipment and an overhead harness system for safety during specialized training. With its accessible design, the center empowers members to focus on enhancing strength, balance, and overall wellness.
