Safety Inspections
Conducted frequently and consistently by our OSHA 500-certified Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Comprehensive Safety Reporting
Comprehensive safety reports are generated for owners, employees, and all subcontractors, prioritizing prompt follow-up and immediate resolution of any issues.
Regular toolbox talks
Regularly scheduled meetings to discuss safety topics, reinforce best practices, and encourage open communication among team members.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Enforcement
Mandatory PPE on all job sites. We provide appropriate PPE to all employees and ensure its proper use and maintenance.
Incident Investigation and Documentation
Prompt investigation and documentation of all reported incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions immediately.
OSHA 30 Training for Superintendents
All superintendents are required to complete OSHA 30-hour training to enhance their knowledge and leadership in safety practices.

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment:
Conduct regular inspections of worksites to identify potential hazards.
Assess the risks associated with each identified hazard.
Implement controls to eliminate or minimize risks, including engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Offer specialized training for tasks involving specific hazards, such as working at heights, operating heavy machinery, or handling hazardous materials.
