Charleston, SC, July 29, 2024 – Berenyi, one of the region’s leading industrial design-build firms, welcomes Paul Dicker as its new Vice President of Business Development. Paul will spearhead the firm’s strategic growth initiatives as the region experiences significant industrial expansion.
With nearly 25 years of sales expertise and extensive experience in the mortgage banking industry, Dicker brings a wealth of knowledge to Berenyi’s business development efforts. He will focus on leveraging and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen the company’s market presence. In his role, Dicker will represent Berenyi’s strategic interests across South Carolina’s economic development, political, and community sectors.

A Charleston resident, Dicker enjoys the city’s many golf courses, where he connects with colleagues and community members. Known as a fierce competitor with a single-digit handicap, he continues to build alliances and friendships through the sport.
