With a comprehensive background in the competitive mortgage banking industry, Paul is well-equipped to lead Berenyi’s new business efforts. His sales and business development experience will be instrumental in cultivating and leveraging relationships with key stakeholders, thereby expanding the company’s market presence. In his role, Paul will represent Berenyi’s strategic interests within South Carolina’s economic development sector, political circles, and community empowerment initiatives.

Originally from New Jersey, Paul relocated to Charleston seeking a significant lifestyle change. Committed to fully engaging with the community, he resides in downtown Charleston with his wife, Page, and their daughter, Charlotte, a rising senior at Ashley Hall. Embracing Southern culture, Paul enjoys the city’s vibrant culinary scene and is an avid golfer, forging connections and alliances on Charleston’s many golf courses, where he competes fiercely with a single-digit handicap.
