Berenyi recently completed a fast-track, build project for Kemira Chemicals. A global leader in the sustainable chemistry industry, Kemira is a Finnish company with operations across South Carolina. Berenyi’s project scope included pouring and finishing a 7,500 SF concrete building foundation, building a 40’x 20’ structural steel equipment support tower, and installing a sieve, plate cooler, bucket elevator, receiving bin, and a bagging feed tank to accommodate a new sodium chlorate bagging facility at Kemira’s plant in Eastover, SC. This new bagging process will facilitate export from the facility via tractor-trailer trucks. Previously, Kemira could only export finished product via railcar.

Delivered on time and on budget, this project is another example of how to achieve a successful outcome using proven Berenyi Standards™.
